Wine Conservation

It is necessary to give primary importance to wine conservation in order to preserve it under optimal conditions until consumption. A good wine must meet the following requirements:

  • Constant temperature and quite cool, 10 º to 12 º.
  • Slight ventilation.
  • A degree of humidity around 70%.
  • Lack of noise or vibration.
  • Staying in the dark (thus avoiding the light accelerate wine aging, especially in the case of white wines).
  • Do not store with products different than wines, specially ones that can generate strong odors (paint, fuels…).
  • The appropriate placement of the wines must be lying down (this way the cork always remains wet).
